Anchored in strong values as quality, accuracy and competence, the company's priority is systematic improvement of processes' effectiveness and efficiency.

Services

PVW carries out mainly real estate valuations for financial entities operating in Portugal, such as Credit institutions, Financial companies, Pension funds management companies, Real estate investment funds, Insurance or reinsurance companies, Public and private entities, as well as particular individuals.

PVW also provides services such as valuations for accounting purposes (in accordance with International Accounting Standard - IAS), valuations for patrimony inheritance processes, merger or acquisition processes and equipment valuation.
